UniFi Protect: the equipment behind a camera installation
A surveillance system combines cameras, networking, power and recording capacity.

How the pieces connect
In a compatible installation, a PoE switch supplies network connectivity and power to cameras. The system needs a Protect-compatible console or recorder and storage sized for the recording requirements.
