Network tools: verification is not certification
The image brings together termination tools and test instruments, with a visual pass indication.
What the image shows
The image brings together termination tools and test instruments, with a visual pass indication.
How to interpret it
A basic continuity tester and a certifier do not provide the same scope. Verification, qualification and certification answer different questions about cabling.
What to check before installation
Choose the instrument for the project requirement and save results with the link identification and selected test limit. A PASS label in an image does not certify a particular installation.
